Benefits Managers
More and more, employers are depending on Benefits Managers to identify opportunities to implement benefit programs to attract and retain valuable employees, while containing the overall costs of the benefits plan. The Roebling Agency has been helping Benefits Managers all across the nation successfully accomplish their business objectives since 1956.
Through The Roebling agency, Benefits Managers have a broad portfolio of insurance products from which they can choose. Including Humana Group Major Medical and Allstate Workplace Division (AWD) offers multiple products and a variety of plans. Group Voluntary products include Universal Life, Term Life, Cancer and Specified Disease, Long and Short Term Disability, Dental, Accident, two Hospital Indemnity plans, a Vision plan, Critical Illness, and Limited Medical Benefits (AHL minimedical®).
Flexibility within each contract allows the client to select a group program that best meets their needs. Most products also qualify under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, meaning premiums can be paid pre-tax. Our excellent relationships with national brokerage and consultant communities are deeply rooted, and form a solid base for national business.
Group Voluntary products contain a minimum participation requirement. In addition, the The Roebling Agency product provides a limited benefit medical plan available to part-time employees as well as other non-qualifying employees. It allows employers to offer benefits to employee groups who previously have not had an opportunity to participate in employer sponsored medical benefits. In turn the employers are able to successfully recruit and retain these employee groups based on a competitive dynamic that does not include hourly wage.
